Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using Venues.Pro. By accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, browsing, or booking on Venues.Pro (accessible at krihora.app), you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Venues.Pro. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
- •You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and make bookings
- •You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- •One account per person; creating multiple accounts is prohibited
- •Venue owners (vendors) must own or have authorised management rights over listed venues
3. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Venues.Pro will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials. Notify us immediately at bookings@krihora.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Bookings
- •Bookings are subject to real-time slot availability and venue confirmation
- •A booking is confirmed only after successful payment processing via Razorpay
- •You will receive a booking confirmation via email to your registered address
- •Venues.Pro acts as an intermediary platform; the actual service (venue access) is provided by the venue owner
- •Arrival at the venue on time is the user's responsibility; late arrival does not entitle the user to a refund or extension
- •Venues may have their own house rules (footwear, equipment, conduct); users are responsible for compliance
5. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We support:
- •Full payment — the complete booking amount is charged at the time of booking
- •Advance payment — a partial booking fee is charged upfront; the remaining balance is collected directly at the venue before the session begins
- •Accepted payment methods: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Razorpay wallets
- •All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
Venues.Pro does not store card or banking details. All payment data is handled by Razorpay in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
7. Vendor Responsibilities
Venue owners who list their properties on Venues.Pro agree to:
- •Provide accurate venue details, photos, pricing, and availability
- •Honour confirmed bookings within the agreed time slots
- •Maintain the venue in a safe, clean, and usable condition
- •Not accept cash payments from users who have already paid online for the full amount
- •Notify Venues.Pro promptly of any venue changes (closure, renovation, unavailability)
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- •Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate illegal activities
- •Submit false or misleading information about yourself or a venue
- •Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the platform
- •Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, vendors, or Venues.Pro staff
- •Misuse the refund or dispute process with fraudulent claims
- •Create fake bookings to block venue availability
9. Intellectual Property
All content on Venues.Pro — including logos, UI design, text, and code — is the intellectual property of Venues.Pro. Venue owners retain ownership of their uploaded photos and descriptions but grant Venues.Pro a non-exclusive licence to display this content on the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
Venues.Pro provides a booking intermediary service and is not liable for:
- •Injury, accident, or property damage occurring at the venue
- •Venue cancellations or changes made by the venue owner
- •Interruptions to service due to third-party providers (Razorpay, Supabase, Firebase, etc.)
- •Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Our aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user for the specific booking in dispute.
11. Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute, please contact us first at bookings@krihora.app. We aim to resolve disputes amicably within 7 business days. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
