Venues.Pro (operating under the domain krihora.app) is a sports venue and turf booking platform that connects athletes and sports enthusiasts with venue owners across India. By using our platform, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We collect the following types of information when you use Venues.Pro:

Account Information

• •Full name and email address (collected during sign-up via email or Google OAuth)
• •Mobile phone number (collected for OTP verification)
• •Profile details you voluntarily add (display name, avatar)

Booking & Transaction Data

• •Venue and time slot selections
• •Booking confirmations, cancellation records, and booking history
• •Payment metadata (Razorpay Order ID, Payment ID, amount) — we do not store raw card or bank details
• •Advance payment and balance payment records

Technical & Usage Data

• •IP address and browser/device type (collected automatically)
• •Pages visited, features used, and interaction timestamps
• •Error logs for debugging and service improvement

• •To create and manage your account securely
• •To process venue bookings and payments via Razorpay
• •To send booking confirmations, OTPs, and reminders via email (Resend) and SMS (Firebase)
• •To notify venue owners of new bookings via WhatsApp alerts
• •To resolve disputes, support requests, and refund claims
• •To improve platform features, debug issues, and prevent fraud
• •To comply with applicable laws and Razorpay payment regulations

We use trusted third-party providers to operate the platform. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

• •Supabase — database, authentication, and real-time data (supabase.com)
• •Razorpay — payment processing; they handle all sensitive payment data (razorpay.com)
• •Firebase (Google) — phone number OTP verification (firebase.google.com)
• •Resend — transactional emails including booking confirmations (resend.com)
• •Meta WhatsApp Cloud API — booking alerts sent to venue owners (meta.com)
• •Vercel — platform hosting and edge delivery (vercel.com)

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

All payment transactions are processed securely by Razorpay. Venues.Pro does not store, log, or have access to your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net banking credentials. We only retain Razorpay-issued Order IDs, Payment IDs, and amounts for booking records and dispute resolution.

Razorpay is PCI-DSS compliant. For details on how Razorpay handles your data, refer to their Privacy Policy.

Phone numbers are collected solely for identity verification. OTPs are delivered via Firebase (Google) and are one-time use, expiring within a few minutes. We store your verified phone number in your profile to prevent duplicate accounts and for booking-related communications.

• •Account data is retained for as long as your account is active
• •Booking and payment records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for financial and legal compliance
• •If you delete your account, personal identifiers are removed, but anonymised transaction records may be retained

As a user based in India, you have the right to:

• •Request correction of inaccurate information
• •Request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to legal retention obligations)
• •Opt out of non-essential communications

We use browser localStorage to cache session and profile data for performance. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You may clear local storage via your browser settings at any time without affecting your account.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) policies, and JWT-based authentication. While we strive to protect your data, no system is completely immune to breaches. We will notify affected users of any significant data breach in accordance with applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
