Cancellation Policy
Plans change — here's everything you need to know about cancelling a booking on Venues.Pro.

1. User Cancellations
You can request a cancellation for any confirmed booking subject to the following time-based policy:

| More than 24 hours before the slot | 100% of online payment refunded |
| 6–24 hours before the slot | 50% of online payment refunded |
| Less than 6 hours before the slot | No refund |
| No-show (did not arrive) | No refund |
* Refund timelines follow the Refund Policy. Time is calculated from the scheduled start of the booked slot.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel a booking:
- •Log in to your Venues.Pro account at krihora.app
- •Go to Dashboard → My Bookings
- •Select the booking you wish to cancel and tap "Cancel Booking"
- •Confirm the cancellation — you will receive a confirmation email
- •Alternatively, email bookings@krihora.app with your Booking ID and reason
Cancellations are processed immediately upon confirmation. You will receive an email with the refund details (if applicable).
3. Venue-Initiated Cancellations
In rare cases, a venue owner may need to cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances (maintenance, emergency closures, etc.).
- •You will be notified by email as soon as possible
- •A full refund of the online payment amount will be initiated automatically
- •Venues.Pro will attempt to suggest an alternative slot or venue where possible
- •Repeated venue-initiated cancellations may result in the venue being suspended from the platform
4. Advance Payment Bookings
For bookings made with an advance (partial) payment:
- •Only the advance amount paid online is subject to this cancellation policy
- •The remaining balance (to be collected at the venue) is not processed through our platform and is not subject to our refund process
- •If you cancel within the eligible window, the advance amount is refunded per the table above
5. Rescheduling
Venues.Pro does not currently support direct rescheduling through the app. If you need to reschedule:
- •Cancel your existing booking (refund eligibility applies)
- •Make a new booking for your preferred date and time
- •Email bookings@krihora.app if you need help with a time-sensitive reschedule
6. Special Circumstances
We may exercise discretion in exceptional cases (serious illness, bereavement, natural disasters) to offer a full refund or venue credit outside the standard policy. Such requests must be emailed to bookings@krihora.app with supporting documentation and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
