Refund Policy
We want every booking to go smoothly. When things don't, here's how refunds work on Venues.Pro.

1. Overview
Venues.Pro facilitates sports venue bookings with payments processed via Razorpay. Refunds are initiated by Venues.Pro and credited back to your original payment method through Razorpay. We do not issue cash refunds.
All refund requests must be raised within the applicable window. Refunds are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only.
2. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- •The venue cancels or is unable to honour your confirmed booking
- •A technical issue caused a double charge or payment failure with amount deducted
- •You cancel a booking within the cancellation window defined in our Cancellation Policy
- •The venue is found to be significantly misrepresented (e.g., wrong location, unavailable facilities)
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- •Cancellation requested after the permitted cancellation window has passed
- •No-show — if you do not arrive at the venue for your booked slot
- •Partial use — if you use part of a booked session and leave early
- •Failure to pay the remaining balance for an advance-payment booking at the venue
- •Bookings cancelled due to violation of venue rules or our Terms & Conditions
- •Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) — venue credit may be offered as an alternative
4. Advance Payment Bookings
Venues.Pro supports an advance payment model where users pay a booking fee (partial amount) online. The remaining balance is collected by the venue owner at the time of the session.
- •Only the advance (online) payment amount is eligible for a Razorpay refund
- •The remaining balance paid directly at the venue is outside Venues.Pro's refund process
- •If the venue cancels a booking for which you paid an advance, the full advance amount will be refunded
5. Refund Process & Timeline
Once a refund is approved by Venues.Pro:
- •Refunds are initiated to Razorpay within 1–2 business days of approval
- •Razorpay processes refunds to the original payment method in 5–7 business days
- •UPI refunds are typically faster (within 1–3 business days)
- •Credit/debit card refunds may take up to 7–10 business days depending on the issuing bank
- •You will receive an email notification when your refund is initiated
Razorpay may take additional time based on your bank or payment provider. Venues.Pro is not responsible for delays on the banking side once the refund is initiated.
6. How to Request a Refund
To raise a refund request:
- •Email bookings@krihora.app with subject line: "Refund Request — [Booking ID]"
- •Include your registered email address, booking ID, payment ID (from your confirmation email), and reason for the refund
- •Attach any supporting evidence if applicable (e.g., screenshot of venue closure notification)
- •Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
7. Dispute Resolution
If your refund request is denied and you believe this is in error, you may escalate by replying to our email response with additional context. If the dispute remains unresolved, you may raise a dispute with Razorpay directly using your Payment ID. Venues.Pro will cooperate fully with any Razorpay-mediated dispute process.
